UnFussy okra

This is our second year for growing Eagle Pass okra. Super unfussy, sturdy, dependable plants. Cute fat pods and less slimy and less spiky than Heavy Hitter. Receives supplemental water 2x/week when Temps +110F.

EAGLE PASS OKRA

Eagle Pass Okra is simply amazing! Big,hardy plants that bear beautiful large okra pods that are tender, not slimy or stringy even if the pods get huge. It is now my favorite okra. We pick it every day & it just keeps bearing over a long season. I highly recommend it.

Great roasted okra

I've grown a few varieties of okra - this is my favorite. It's prolific, great flavor, meatier vegi and not stringy! Roasting cut pods with garlic, salt, pepper and oil is my favorite quick and easy recipe.
