Brassica rapa. Round leaves surround thick, white stalks of this Asian mustard. Mild, nutty flavor.  Thrives in cold weather and is very drought hardy.  Planted one winter in our courtyard garden as part of the NS/S greens mix, the next winter it reseeded itself all across the gravel courtyard and hangs on in spite of the poor conditions.  Not from our Seed Bank Collection, but your purchase supports our conservation mission.
