Excellent Rainbow Mix seeds: all sprouted and growing
My first time with the Rainbow Mix. Unbelievably a Great Winter Garden Mix. A most Delicious addition to my Organic Salad makings. Thanks, Native Seeds!
I haven’t harvested yet, still fighting to save from caterpillar consumption. I planted more seeds the past few weeks. Excellent response to growing in my raised garden bed in composted soil in Henderson, NV. I hope to enjoy once I get the my situation under control.
I ordered 6 different veggies for fall, and every packet has sprouted and is doing great! My order also included some very helpful info about planting, watering, and the best time to plant in the various low desert seasons.
Huge, delicious, colorful leaves. They don't seem to mind crowding at all. I over-sowed them in a fabric pot ammended with a lot of good compost and they're a jungle of growth bursting from the pot, even with frequent harvesting. One of the happiest plants in my garden.
