Seedbank Manager: The ideal candidate will work to ensure the proper care, accessibility, documentation, and health of the seed collection. They will oversee the physical care and regeneration of the collection, help to coordinate seed distribution efforts, and assist with conservation-related activities in the Conservation Center Garden in Tucson. Assistant Farm Manager: The ideal candidate should have experience growing food or landscaping in arid lands, and prior experience with communities in the US Southwest or Mexico (experience can be social, familial or educational). Through this position, the candidate will gain extensive experience in seed production, soil management, farm planning, and conservation.
