A. hypochondriachus x A. hybridus. "Guegui." From the Rio Mayo in Sonora, Mexico, a white-seeded grain used for tamales, pinole (a traditional Mexican drink) or popping. Try popping the grain over a dry, hot pan and add to granola, fruit salads, or mix with honey to make traditional Mexican alegria. Inflorescences range from light yellow-green to pink to fushia. Approx. 0.3 g/300 seeds per packet.
